Mission

Our mission is to offer compassionate, person-centered music therapy services that support healing, personal growth, and emotional well-being throughout the North Shore. Through the expressive and connective power of music, we help individuals from all walks of life to discover resilience, strengthen relationships, and find deeper meaning in their lives. We strive to create a safe, supportive space where people of all identities, abilities and life experiences can explore music as a pathway to wellness and self-discovery.

Services

  • Adaptive Music Lessons: Individualized, supportive lessons for piano, voice, guitar, or ukulele.
  • Individual Music Therapy: Music therapy sessions to focus on client goals, which may include things like emotional expression, regulation, cognitive and developmental goals, as well as overall wellbeing.
  • Group Music Therapy: A supportive space to connect, create, and grow together. Focus of groups include social skills, emotional processing, stress reduction, communication, self-expression, or community building.
  • Community Collaboration: A partnership with schools, healthcare facilities, community organizations and local programs to offer music therapy support.
  • Virtual sessions: Available for those who require remote access, which allows support for adaptive lessons, individuals or groups.

About Our Founder

Sara Ragan, MMT, MT-BC, brings a lifelong passion for music with a deep commitment to supporting people in meaningful ways. She provides a warm, intuitive, and person-centered approach. She believes deeply in music’s ability to help individuals tap into resilience, build stronger relationships, and experience personal growth. Her work is guided by empathy, respect, and the belief that every person carries an innate capacity for healing and connection.
